The “Little Black Dress” Workout!!!

Everyone owns that “Little Black Dress” or that one outfit that makes you feel incredible when you are wearing it. Do this workout two days a week to look and feel better in it in no time.

Treadmill Warm up 10 min
Perform in Circuit Format with minimal rest in between exercises

Walking Lunges with a Bicep Curl
10 steps each leg with a DB bicep curl each step

Squat with a Shoulder Press
20 squats and 20 Presses performed simultaneously (as you stand up press arms over head)

Pushup-Row
10 Pushups with 5 rows on each arm (complete each movement one after the other)

Step Up
20 each leg

Bench Dip
20 reps, place hands on the edge of a bench

Single Leg Plank
Hold 45sec-1min while alternating legs off the ground a couple inches

V-Crunch
12 Crunches

5 Min Up Hill Treadmill Walking at a brisk pace
(I suggest 3.5-4mph with an 8-12% incline)

Repeat the circuit two more times

Finish with a treadmill 10 min Cool Down
