Warm up with 10 min walk
1. Jog 5 min
2.Increase speed by 2-3mph to run for 90 seconds
3.Return to a walking speed and walk for 2 and half minutes for recovery
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3, three more times increasing your speed each interval until you have reached your maximum.
5. Cool down 10 min
