Warm up Rotator Cuff with band internal/external rotation

DB Shoulder Presses

Olympic Bar Upright Rows – Presses Compound Set
*Do one set of the upright rows and immediately follow with the presses

DB Side Raises
*Third set I do a drop set, dropping the weight after completely doing reps to failure before using the next weight.

Plate Front Raises

Bent Over Cable Reverse Flyes

Incline DB Reverse Flyes
