1. Romanian Dumbell Deadlift
3 sets of 12-15 reps
*Choose a wieght where you are challenged by the 10th rep
2. Single Leg Step Up with Balance
3 sets of 15 reps each leg
*Use a high sturdy step or Bench, to increse the intensity of this exercise hold a pair of dumbells in each hand
3. Sumo Squats
3 sets of 12-15 reps
*Hold one dumbell in both hands that the wieght will challenge you by the 10th rep
4. Lateral Walking and Monster Walk with tubing
*Travel 20-30 feet twice for each exercise
5. Lying Hip Extension on Swiss Ball
4 sets of 20
6. Swiss Ball Combo
2 sets of 15 each exercise
1.Lying on floor and heals on the ball bridge up
2.Lying on floor and heals on the ball roll the ball in towards you (bending the knees)
*Complete exercises consecutively
7. Quadraped Donkey Kicks
3 sets of 20 reps each leg
