Personal Journey

In the latter part of 2006, I met my husband who also shares a passion for health and fitness. Together, we have expanded SportsPros Physical Therapy and Personal Training Center in Claremont (CA) where our company provides outpatient physical therapy, personal training, skin care, and massage therapy services.

I am currently the fitness director at SportsPros where I provide personal training, figure/bikini competition preparation guidance, competition posing lessons, nutritional guidance, and healthy lifestyle management services. I am blessed to say that I am doing what I love while simultaneously helping others.  

My newest venture, MonFIT Meals, is taking my goal of helping others to a new level. MonFIT Meals offers a complete fitness menu that includes a comprehensive array of healthy foods that are fresh, ready-made, vacuum sealed, and appropriately portioned. My personal goal with MonFIT Meals is to allow others to enjoy healthy eating at reasonable prices without the hassle of daily food preparation.
